Sponsor flow

  1. Open a live campaign and review the audience, deadline, and tiers.
  2. Select a sponsor tier, add business details, upload a logo and preview it on the shirt, then checkout.
  3. SponsorTee reviews your logo and includes it in the campaign proof.

Your selected tier, public business name, website, logo, and permission are saved with the Shopify order.

Manual review

SponsorTee checks logo quality and follows up when a replacement file is needed before proof lock. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) print sharpest; for PNG or JPG, 1000 px or more on the longest side is the safe target — the upload form checks this for you instantly.

Where your logo goes

Each campaign uses one of three SponsorTee placement patterns — higher tiers buy bigger, more prominent positions. The Classic pattern is shown here; every campaign page shows its own.

  • Title — front-left chest plus sleeve; the single largest, most visible placement (one slot per campaign).
  • Gold — top of the back, directly under the event name; the widest back placement.
  • Silver — middle of the back; medium logos in a shared row.
  • Bronze — lower back; compact logos in the community sponsor row.
