For organizers

Get your event shirts sponsored by local businesses

SponsorTee turns your event into a Shopify campaign product so local sponsors can buy tiered logo placements through checkout.

Organizer flow

  1. Submit the intake form with event, merch, timeline, audience, and sponsor-fit details.
  2. SponsorTee reviews the fit and confirms quantities, pricing, and deadlines with you.
  3. Your campaign page goes live with sponsor tiers, the placement pattern, and funding progress.
  4. Local businesses buy tier placements through checkout; slots and funding update as they do.
  5. SponsorTee reviews logos, builds the shirt proof, and locks it with you before production.
  6. Shirts are produced and delivered before your event; sponsors receive a recap after it.

Public campaign page

Your event gets a campaign product page with the story, dates, location, audience, merch details, tiers, and FAQs.

Sponsor checkout

Sponsors choose Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Title-style variants and submit their logo details before payment.

Proofing and delivery

SponsorTee manually reviews logos, prepares the campaign proof, coordinates production, and tracks delivery status.

The placement pattern sponsors buy

Your event artwork stays front and center. Sponsor tiers fill the standard positions below — this is what your campaign offers local businesses.

Shirt front: Title sponsor logo on the chest and sleeve, event artwork in the center. TITLE TITLE EVENT ARTWORK
Front — Title sponsor + event artwork
Shirt back: event name on top, then Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsor rows from top to bottom. EVENT NAME GOLD SILVER SILVER BRONZE ROW
Back — Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsor grid
  • Title — front-left chest plus sleeve; the single largest, most visible placement (one slot per campaign).
  • Gold — top of the back, directly under the event name; the widest back placement.
  • Silver — middle of the back; medium logos in a shared row.
  • Bronze — lower back; compact logos in the community sponsor row.

Positions shown are the standard SponsorTee pattern. Exact sizing and final placement are confirmed during manual proofing before production.

Example events

How four typical events sized their campaigns — you can see campaigns like these in the demo set on our storefront. Targets often sit above the 2.5× floor when sponsorship also funds the cause itself.

Event Attendance Shirts Printing (est.) Funding target Tier ladder
School fun run 300 75 ~$900 $3,000 Small
Youth sports tournament 1,200 200 ~$2,400 $6,000 Medium
Charity 5K 800 150 ~$1,800 $8,000 Medium
Music festival 5,000 800 ~$9,600 $20,000 Large

Estimates assume roughly one shirt per four attendees (small events often shirt everyone — edit the numbers above), $9–14 CAD per printed shirt at 50–300 quantity, and a funding target of ~2.5× the printing budget. Charity-style events often set higher targets because sponsorship also funds the cause itself. SponsorTee confirms actual costs and pricing during campaign setup.
